Creating Work Order Filters

Mobile:

  1. Go to Work Orders tab

  2. In top right corner, click Filter icon

  3. Type search keyword, click My Filters, or Filter Work Orders by: Assigned to, Due Date, Location, Priority, or click + More Filters to select by: Work Order Type, Category, Status, Requested by, Asset, Asset Type, Vendor, Part, Procedure Flags, or any custom fields added to Work Orders

  4. Select additional filtering conditions from drop-down options: One of, None of, Is Empty, Is not empty, or Due Date for date-related filters

  5. In top right corner, click Done

  6. In bottom right corner, click Apply

  1. Go to Work Orders tab

  2. To create Work Order Filter, filter by Assigned To, Due Date, Location, or Priority, or click + Add Filter to select additional filters from drop-down menu

    • Additional Filters include: Asset, Requested by, Status, Category, Work Order Type, or any custom fields added to Work Orders

  3. Select additional filtering conditions from drop-down options: One of, None of, Is Empty, Is not empty, or Due Date for date-related filters

  4. Work Orders will appear on left as filter options are selected
