Filtering Custom Fields in Work Orders

NOTE: Any Custom Fields added to Work Orders can be filtered.

Mobile:

  1. Go to Work Orders tab

  2. In top right corner, click Filter icon

  3. To right of My Filters, click Select

  4. Select from Custom Fields (now Filters) previously added to Work Orders

  5. Click Apply

  6. View filtered Work Orders

Web:

  1. Go to Work Orders tab

  2. Click +Add Filter

  3. From drop-down menu, select from Custom Fields (now Filters) previously added to Work Orders

  4. View filtered Work Orders as filter options are selected
