Setting Up Request Routing

NOTE: Only Administrators can set up Request Routing

Web:
โ€‹(For Administrators only)

  1. Click Settings

  2. Click Features

  3. Click Work Orders

  4. Click Request Routing

  5. Select Teams to be assignable from Request form
    โ€‹NOTE: Adding at least one team automatically adds Assign To field to Request form

  6. Click Add "Other" if request is not relevant to any Teams on list

    NOTE: These requests will show up in Request list as unassigned requests

  7. Click Make Field Mandatory on Request forms to make Request assignment mandatory
