What does ‘Current Status’ tell me?

Current Status shows your real-time asset availability, and how many of your assets are currently online and offline. This allows you to monitor the performance of a select group of assets, or your operation as whole, at any given time.

Because this section is built for real-time monitoring instead of historical analysis, applying a date filter will not impact the data that is displayed. But you can use the other filters to limit the data to a specific group of assets.

  • Asset Availability (last 30 days). Asset availability is calculated by dividing uptime by the total sum of uptime and downtime. Uptime and downtime is calculated automatically for each asset in your MaintainX organization, based on its status being toggled between Online and Offline. This data is aggregated here according to your filters, enabling you to measure your asset availability for an asset, asset type, location, or your organization as a whole, using data captured within the past 30 days.

  • Online. The total number of your assets currently marked as Online.

  • Offline (unplanned). The total number of your assets currently marked as Offline for unplanned reasons.

  • Offline (planned). The total number of your assets currently marked as Offline for planned reasons.
