Summary
With 2025-8.1 we finalize the integration with SP, introduce the ability to add customer info to an order, transfer tip between servers, as well several other improvements + bug fixes. The full list can be found below:
New Features
Secure Pay Integration
Add Customer Info to Order - Users can:
Add customer information to an order. And see that name on all areas of the POS where the order appears.
See customer info on receipt + kitchen prints + KDS.
Configure the POS to prompt for customer info per ordering method. i.e. It can ask for customer info on take out orders, but not table orders. (Configurable in back office “Ordering Methods” page.
Tip Transfers Between Servers - Servers can now transfer tip to each other as part of their end of shift process and have those transfers be reflected in their end of shift report.
(Beta) Tip Declaration Report - Configurable back office tip declaration report that will display sales/tip information for each tip-earning POS employee. Beta version does not include cash declarations or tip transfers between servers.
Improvements:
Seat numbers will now print out on checks.
Bug fixes
Fixed issue where the page header on the payment page was on the wrong side of the page.
Fixed issue where updating the availability on a promotion did not sync with the workstation based on the new availability times.
