Fixed an issue where an invoice could not be opened in the POS or back office after a discount larger than the item price was applied to a partially paid order.

Fixed incorrect year-over-year totals and percentages in the Consolidated Sales report. Avg Meals, Avg Checks and Avg Customers are now named Net Sales / Meal, Net Sales / Check and Net Sales / Customer.

Fixed an issue where the Employee Timesheets overview listed employees with no punch entries for the period. To open the timesheet of someone who hasn't punched, use the new Punch for Employee button.
