Where to manage your plan
Click the settings button in the top-right corner of your dashboard.
Select Billing from the navigation on the left.
The Billing page shows your current plan, what it costs, and when it renews.
Upgrading
You can upgrade from the Billing page at any time. You'll also be offered the upgrade directly whenever you run into something your plan doesn't include — for example, clicking a floor count you can't generate yet opens your upgrade options straight away.
When you upgrade, you'll see all plans side by side so you can compare them, with a monthly/annual toggle. Paying annually saves you 17%.
Pick your plan, confirm, and you'll get a confirmation email once it's active.
Changing or cancelling your plan
From the Billing page you can move up a plan, move down a plan, or cancel altogether.
Each of these asks you to confirm before anything happens, so you can't change or cancel your plan by accident.
Buying more credits
If you run out of credits before your next renewal, you can buy top-up credits on any paid plan. Top-ups stack on top of your monthly allowance and never expire, so anything you don't use carries over.
Deleting your account
Deleting your Maket account cancels your subscription immediately. If you only want to stop being billed, cancel your plan instead — that keeps your account and your projects.
