Introduction
If you no longer wish to use Maket, you can delete your account permanently. This action is irreversible, and you will lose all access to your Maket files, including projects, plans, and images.
How to Delete Your Maket Account
Step 1: Access Account Settings
Log in to your Maket account.
On the homepage, click the Settings button in the top-right corner and select Account settings to open the the My Profile page.
Step 2: Select the Delete Account Option
Within the My Profile page, select the Delete account button in the bottom-left corner.
Step 3: Confirm Your Decision
You will be asked to confirm the deletion. Remember, this action is permanent and your data cannot be recovered once deleted.
Click Delete account once more to permanently delete your account.
FAQs & Common Issues
Can I restore my Maket account after deleting it?
No. Once your account is deleted, it cannot be recovered. All content, including your Projects and Plans, will be permanently removed.
Can I just unsubscribe from emails instead of deleting my account?
Yes. If your concern is related to marketing communications, you can opt out by clicking the unsubscribe link in the footer of our emails or by contacting support (help@maket.ca). You will still receive service-related messages.
