Managing your profile

To reach your account settings:

  1. From the homepage, click the Settings button in the top-right corner.

  2. You should immediately see the My Profile page, where you can view and update your personal information.

  3. To update your password, click on the Change Password button on the left hand navigation bar, below My Profile.

Verifying your email

When you create a new Maket account, you will receive a verification email. Click the link in that email to activate your account. If you do not see it within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If it still has not arrived, contact us at help@maket.ca and we will resend it.

Forgot your password?

If you have forgotten your password, click Forgot password on the login screen and enter your email address. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes. If it does not arrive, check your spam folder or contact help@maket.ca.
