Before you begin, you'll need to sign in to your account on Makselife.com.
How to View your Points Balance
Click on the shopping bag icon on the bottom left hand side of your screen
This is your points dashboard. It will show you:
Your points balance
Rewards you have available to add to your next order
All of the ways you can earn points
All of the ways you can redeem your points
Your personal referral link to share with your friends
Your personal points and referral activity
Click through each section to familiarize yourself with all of the information and options available to you.
How to Redeem your points
Click on "Ways to Redeem"
This screen will show you the rewards you have available to redeem. If you have enough points to redeem a reward, you will see a "view" button next to the reward tier (see below).
If you do not have enough points to redeem a reward, you will see a progress bar where the view button would be (see below).
To redeem a reward click "view" and then "redeem"
If you already have a reward available, this will pop up. Please note: only one reward can be used per order.
If you would like to redeem your reward, click "continue". If not, click "cancel".
How to view your redeemed reward coupon codes
If you have already redeemed your points for rewards and have not yet used them on an order, you will see a "Your rewards" tile at the top of your main dashboard.
Click on this to view your available rewards that you can add to your next order.
Click on the reward you'd like to add to your order.
From here you have 2 options, you can either click "Apply code" and it will automatically apply the code to your cart, of you can copy the code and add it yourself at checkout.
Please note: reward coupons cannot be split across multiple transactions. Example: If you use a $20 reward on an $18 transaction you will forfeit the remaining $2.
