When you link your bank account and issue its security certificate, Mala'a will continuously use it to fetch your data and update the application when you make any purchases. This certificate has a limited validity and cannot perform any other operations other than those mentioned in the link page (it is not possible to add a beneficiary, it is not possible to transfer amounts, it is not possible to perform any bill payments or other banking operations)

Mala’a follows best security practices and the Central Bank team reviews our systems on an ongoing basis, in addition to conducting penetration tests from approved third parties to assess vulnerabilities in our systems every 6 months.
