There are two ways to contact us regarding your investment account:
Malaa support team
Tap on Account in the main navigator.
Tap on Start live chat then send your inquiry.
You can contact the support team for everything related to your investment account
Investment Manager
In the investment page, tap on the Portfolios Manager card.
In the modal, tap on Contact investment manager to send him a message regarding your inquiry.
Please note that communication with the investment manager takes a period of no less than two weeks, and these are questions designed to understand the investment strategy or any other questions related to building portfolios
