Updating expired documents

Keep your account active with valid updated documents

Updated this week

Most official documents we request—such as a trade license, ID, and proof of address—are only valid for a certain period of time before they expire. As part of our ongoing KYB process, we may need to re-verify your documents if they have expired.

When a document is about to expire, we'll send you a reminder email about 30 days before expiry, and a banner will appear at the top of your Mamo Dashboard.

Click on Update in the banner, and follow the steps to submit your renewed documents.

We offer an additional 30-day grace period after your documents have expired to allow for renewal. Please ensure to update the requested documents before the end of this grace period.

You will still have access to all features during the grace period, including receiving payments, making payouts, and card top-ups.

Documents that have been expired for more than 30 days are considered invalid, and may lead to limitations being imposed on your account.
