This guide will walk you through the process of generating one time, or scheduled reports on risks.
STEP ONE:
Login to your instance.
STEP TWO:
Navigate to the Audit & Control page, and select the Name of your desired Cloud Environment. (Global Views will show all accounts in your domain, while filtered views will show only users for that view)
STEP THREE:
Select the Risks tab across the top of the page.
STEP FOUR:
This page will display all Risks within your environment. Reports can be generated to give you very high level information about your risks, such as types of risks, how they've been shared, where they originated etc.
However they can also be fine tuned to only contain information you want to see, to do this simply select the Filter options on the right side of the screen.
STEP FIVE:
Select the filters you wish to apply to your report.
Risk Type: The type of risk, PCI, PII, Profanity etc.
Risk Scanned Time: The date range of the scan that found the risks.
Shared Status: If the files containing risk have been shared or not.
Files Shared: The direction of the file shares, From Outside Domains, To Outside Domains, or Within Domain.

You can apply as many filters as you would like. Once you have selected the relevant filters to you, hover over the Report button on the top right side of the screen and you will have the following options.
View Scheduled Report(s): Link to view all scheduled reports.
Email Report: Open the window to either generate an email report now, or scheduled a recurring report to be sent.
Download CSV Report: Download a report in CSV format.
STEP SEVEN:
If you select the Email Report option, a window will pop up with the following options.
Recipients: A comma separated list of all emails addresses to receive the report.
Email Subject: The subject line of the email that will be sent
Filters: The current filters in place that will fine tune the report.
Generate Now: If you would like a one time report select this check box only.
