LET'S MAKE SOME SPAM EXCLUSIONS

Spam Email Exclusions can be useful when your users regularly mis-mark messages as spam. This guide will walk you through the process of defining email subject lines to be automatically moved back into the user's inbox from their spam folder.

STEP FIVE:

On the pop up, fill out the "Email Subject(s)" field with one or more subject lines of emails (comma separated) that you'd like periodically moved back to your user's inboxes.

(note: partial matches are supported. Any email who's subject line contains the words you enter will be matched.)

Finally, click "Save" and you're done!
