1. Each speaking session booked uses 1 credit
When you book a speaking session, 1 credit is deducted from your balance upon scheduling. You can see your balance live in the MB App.
2. Sessions cannot be canceled
Once you've booked a session, it can't be canceled and the credit can't be refunded. Please only book times you're confident you can make and make sure your timezone is correctly selected before you book.
3. You can reschedule each session one time
Plans change. You can reschedule a session once, as long as you do so at least 24 hours before it starts. After you've rescheduled a session, you can't reschedule it again.
4. Show up on time to get the most out of your sessions
Sessions end at their scheduled time, even if you join late. Tutors will wait up to 15 minutes. If you haven’t joined by then, your tutor will end the session so make sure you join before then.
5. If something goes wrong on our end, we’ll make it right
If your tutor cancels, doesn’t show up, or a technical problem on our end stops your session, your credit will be refunded and we’ll add an additional bonus credit to your account. If you think you should have received a refund and didn’t, contact support.
6. Book sessions up to four weeks ahead
You can book as many sessions as you have credits, up to 4 weeks in advance. Most members do best with about one or two sessions a week, but the right pace depends on your level and goals. Your coach will help you work out how often to book.
7. Only active Fluency Lab subscribers can book speaking sessions
If you cancel your Fluency Lab subscription, you can still book speaking sessions until your subscription is no longer active. Once you're subscription is over, you can still attend any sessions you've already booked.
