This is the first screen that all users will see after logging into Mango Billing.  

The My Dashboard gives a visual representation of Billable Time for the logged in User.  

The Agenda will display the current day and 7-10 days of appointments in advance for the logged in User.  

The Leader Board shows the Company's Users Billable Time ranked in order of the most Billable Hours by Week, Month and Year.

The Task List shows items that are not recurring and are reminders of things to do. 

Administrator's can view tasks for any Users.  Please review User Permissions to allow access to view other logged in User's tasks.

Categories are created by you in Settings > Lists.

Selecting User Colors

On the main menu>Dashboard, if you select the Kanban view on the upper right side of the screen, you will see colored round circles with your initials. Each user has a different color circle. The color selected in your My Profile>Schedule Preferences will be displayed both on the Dashboard kanban view and on your Mango scheduling calendar
