Issue
Some users have reported that when using our plugin alongside the Crocoblock JetMenu plugin, the map fails to display on the live website.
In Elementor preview, the map loads correctly.
On the front end (live site), the map does not appear.
This can be confusing since the issue does not show up during editing, only after publishing.
Cause
The problem is caused by the Template Content Cache option in JetMenu’s General Settings. When enabled, this caching feature interferes with the map rendering process.
Solution
To fix the issue:
Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
Navigate to Crocoblock → JetPlugins Settings → JetMenu → General Settings.
Locate the option Template Content Cache.
Disable this setting.
Clear your site cache (if applicable).
Refresh your live website — the map should now display correctly.
Notes
The map continues to work fine in Elementor preview regardless of this setting.
Since JetMenu is a widely used plugin, this compatibility note may help prevent confusion for other users.
