If you’re using the Pro version and want to migrate your maps from one site to another, both sites need to have the Pro version installed.
1) Download the export file for your Maps
You can go to Tools > Export and select Maps to export all your maps. More information.
This will give you a XML file with the information of all your maps.
2) Download the export file for your Settings
If you changed your settings, you can also export them to import them in the new site.
Go to Maps > Settings > Backup and click the ‘Export and Donwload’ option, to get a JSON file with your settings.
3) [Pro] Disable the License on your old site and enable it on the new site
If you’re using the Pro version and only have one license, you’ll need to disable the License on your original site, to be able to enable it on the new site.
In your old site, go to Maps > Account and click the ‘Deactivate License’ option in the top right corner.
Make sure that in the new site you also have the Pro version installed and enable the license on the new site.
You can also access the Members Area to manage your license.
4) Enable the plugin on the new site and Import your data
If you’re using the Pro version, make sure you enable the License first.
Once you have the plugin installed and enabled, you can import your maps and Settings.
Go to Tools > Import > WordPress and select the XML file you downloaded from your previous site;
Go to Settings > Backup and place the contents of the JSON backup file in the Import field.
These steps should be enough to migrate the maps from one site to another.
