The plugin offers several built-in actions to trigger when a marker or region is clicked. These actions retrieve their data from the ‘Action Content’ field. Below are detailed steps for each action:
Included in Free Version
1. Open URL:
This action opens the URL placed in the ‘Action Content’ field for that region or marker in the same window/tab.
2. Open URL in New Tab:
This action opens the URL placed in the ‘Action Content’ field in a new window/tab.
These actions simply open the provided URL in either the same tab or a new tab.
Included in Pro Version
The Pro version provides additional built-in actions:
1. Open Content in Lightbox (Custom HTML, iFrame, or Image):
Opens content in a lightbox, supporting custom HTML, iFrame, or image formats.
2. Display Content Below/Right:
Displays content below or to the right of the map. The map loads with a space where the content will be displayed, with the default value being the description of your map.
3. Display Page Below (Beta):
Displays content from a specific page below the map. This feature is in beta.
4. Display/Drilldown to Specific Map (Beta):
Allows for the display or drilldown to a specific map. This feature is in beta.
5. Custom Action:
Enables the creation of custom actions.
For actions such as displaying content below or to the right of the map, ensure your map has the appropriate space allocated for the content to display.
