To help your users select a country or marker on a map, you can place a dropdown list with a search field above the map. When an option is selected in the dropdown, a click will be triggered in the selected region or marker.

You’ll find the option in the Map Controls tab, under External Dropdown.

This is particular useful on mobile devices and makes it easier to select smaller countries or regions that sometimes are not visible at the scale the map displays. You can also choose to enable this only for mobile.

You can also change the labels that display in the dropdown, so that it better fits your project and language.
