Troubleshooting for AutoDM not working after Facebook data policy update

  1. In the Bio+Auto DM Tab, click the "Switch IG & FB" button at the bottom of the screen

  2. Click the red "Switch" button to unlink your IG & Facebook

  3. Before attempting to re-link, open your Facebook app

  4. Go to your menu at the bottom right corner

  5. Use the dropdown arrow in the top right corner to make sure you are in the settings menu for the Profile that manages your business Page.

  6. Open "Settings & Privacy", then click "Settings"

  7. Scroll down to the "Your Activity" section and click "Apps and websites"

  8. Under "Preferences", click the "Turn Off" button for Apps, websites and games

  9. Next, delete the Markable app from your device to clear the cache. Do not skip this step.

  10. Redownload the app, log in, then connect to your IG & FB

  11. You should be prompted to enter your Facebook login credentials. If the login screen does not appear, please ensure you have not skipped any of the previous steps.

  12. Once you are logged in, you should be able to use the AutoDM feature as normal.
