BioLink: Create a customized homepage

Share your social links, top-selling products, add custom link buttons & create a shoppable feed—all in one place to share across platforms!

What is BioLink?

The BioLink feature allows you to create a customized home page including links to your social media platforms, top performing products, shoppable Instagram and Facebook posts, and more. Copy and paste your BioLink to any of your social media platforms to share with your followers.

Customizing your BioLink Page

Customize Design

You can now change the colors and fonts of your BioLink page to match your personal branding.

  1. Click the “Bio+Auto DM” tab in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Click the “Pencil” icon in the top right corner

  3. Click the “Customize” button in the top right corner

Edit Fonts

4. Choose the Main Font, which is used for:

  • Your display name

  • Button text

  • Shop Tabs

5. Choose the Secondary Font, which is used for the Bio section.

Edit Colors

6. Choose custom colors for the following features:

a. BioLink page background color

b. Text color for the entire page

c. Button background color

d. Button border color

e. Social media icons color

7. Choose a color using:

a. The color map

b. The color slider

c. A custom hex code

d. A preselected color

8. Use the “Reset button to revert back to the default colors and fonts

9. Click “Save” in the top right corner when you’re done

Social Media Handles

To add or edit your social media handles:

  1. Click the “Bio+Auto DM” tab in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Click the “Pencil” icon in the top right corner

  3. Click the “Settings” icon on the left side of the screen.

Edit displayed platforms

4. Click the Pencil icon to edit

5. Click the Trash icon to delete

6. Use the Toggle switch to turn displayed platforms on and off

7. Edit the platform and/or URL

8. Click the “Save” button

Add additional platforms

9. Click the “Add New” button

10. Click “Select Platform”

11. Choose a new platform from the scroll menu.

12. Copy and paste the URL

13. Click the “Save” button

Edit Profile Picture

  1. Click the “Bio+Auto DM” tab in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Click the “Pencil” icon in the top right corner

  3. Locate your profile photo and click the “Pencil” icon at the bottom

  4. Upload a new image from your device’s photo album

Add a Logo

You can now add a logo or other custom image to your BioLink page!

  1. Click the “Bio+Auto DM” tab in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Click the “Pencil” icon in the top right corner

  3. Locate the “Logo” module and click “Upload Logo Image”

  4. Upload an image from your device’s photo album

Customizable Links

Use this feature to display customized links, including but not limited to:

  • Storefronts

  • Blogs

  • Recipes

  • Campaigns

  • Websites

  • And more!

Add new links

  1. Click the “Bio+Auto DM” tab in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Click the “Pencil” icon in the top right corner

  3. Locate the “Links” module

  4. Click the “Add New” button

  5. Choose a display name for the link

  6. Copy and paste the URL

  7. To add an image to the link button, click “Upload Image” to choose an image from your device’s album

  8. Click the “Save” button

Edit displayed links

9. Click the “Pencil” icon to edit each link button

10. Use the toggle switch to hide or display link buttons

11. Hold the icon on the right side of each button, then drag and drop the buttons into order

12. To delete a button, swipe to the left and click the red “Delete” button

Trending Now and Fan Favorites

Enabling these features allows your audience to quickly and easily find your most popular products without having to search your page.

  • “Trending Now” displays your recent top clicked links

  • “Fan Favorites” displays your historical top clicked links

Hide or Display

  1. Click the “Bio+AutoDM” tab in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen

  2. Click the “Pencil” icon in the top right corner

  3. Locate the “Trending Now” and “Fan Favorites” modules

  4. Use the toggle switches to Hide or Display Trending Now and/or Fan Favorites

Shop Tabs: Instagram and Facebook

This module links with your Instagram and Facebook accounts and displays the posts you choose on your BioLink page

  • Refer to “Setting up your Markable account” for instructions on linking your IG/FB to your Markable account

  • Only the posts you add a shoppable link to will be displayed on your BioLink page

Hide or Display shop tabs

  1. Click the “Bio+Auto DM” tab in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Click the “Pencil” icon in the top right corner

  3. Locate the “Shop Tabs” module

  4. Select the tab you want to hide

  5. Use the toggle switch to hide or display each tab

Change shop tab titles

  1. Click the “Bio+Auto DM” tab in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Click the “Pencil” icon in the top right corner

  3. Locate the “Shop Tabs” module

  4. Click on the “Pencil” icon

  5. Edit the titles for one or both tabs

  6. Click “Save”

Add a shoppable link

  1. Click the “Bio+AutoDM tab in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen

  2. Click on the post you want to edit

3. Under “Reply Preview” click the “Add Link” button

4. Choose a display name for the link

5. Add the link - There are two ways to add a link:

a. Copy and paste the URL

b. Search existing links, which gives the option to choose any of your saved Markable links: Products, boards, idea lists, collections, Markable collages, or Markable landing pages

6. Click the “Save” button

7. Click the Star icon for the link you want to make shoppable from your BioLink

8. Click “Save” in the upper right corner

Remove a shoppable link

Removing a shoppable link will also remove the post from appearing on your BioLink page

  1. Click the “Bio+AutoDM tab in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen

  2. Posts with shoppable links will have a link icon in the upper right corner.

  3. Click on the post you want to edit

  4. Locate the link you want to remove, swipe left and click “Delete”

Please note: If you want to remove the shoppable link without removing the link from your AutoDM, you can select the star icon on a blank button and then delete it. The three star icons should then appear unselected.

Choose post limit

You can also choose to limit the number of posts that appear on your BioLink page to keep the page from being too long.

  1. Click the “Bio+Auto DM” tab in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Click the “Pencil” icon in the top right corner

  3. Scroll all the way down to the bottom of your feed

  4. Choose to display all of your posts

  5. Choose to display a customized number of posts

    1. Use the “-” or “+” function to select a number

  6. Click the “Refresh the Posts” button to see your changes

Re-order the modules

You can further customize your BioLink page by choosing the order the modules will appear.

Please note: You cannot move your profile picture, display name, bio, or social media icons. These will always appear at the top of your BioLink page.

  1. Click the “Bio+Auto DM” tab in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Click the “Pencil” icon in the top right corner

  3. Press and hold the icon on each module to drag and drop the modules into order

How to share your BioLink

  1. Click the “Bio+Auto DM” tab in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Click the “Share” icon in the top right corner of the screen.

  3. Paste this link as needed into your bio for Instagram, TikTok, etc.

Analytics

To view click counts for your BioLink for the last 30 days:

  1. Click the “Bio+Auto DM” tab in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen.

  2. Click the “Analytics” icon in the top right corner

  3. View click counts on the right side of the screen when they appear
    **These are visible for the user only, and will not be displayed when your BioLink is clicked and opened.
