Generate and save a collage image; generate and copy an AI caption; and customize a shoppable landing page.

Video Tutorial: Create an AI Generated Collage

Our AI Collage feature allows you to create a collage of product images, and a shoppable landing page for multiple deep links. You can then share your collage links with our other features (BioLink and AutoDM) to share multiple products with just one link.

Create a Collage

  1. Click the “My Links” tab in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen

  2. Click the “Create AI Collage” button at the bottom of the screen

Choose Your Products

There are multiple ways to add items to your collage.

  1. Copy and paste new product links

  2. Or, choose from link list, including:

    1. Items from all three storefronts: Amazon, Target, and Walmart

    2. Products, boards, idea lists, and collections

    3. Individual items from within a board, idea list, or collection:

      1. Click on the board, idea list, or collection to see the items

      2. Check the box to the right of the items you want to add

      3. Click the “Next” button in the top right corner

  3. Scroll through “Recent” or “Top Clicked” products, or

  4. Use the search bar to find specific items

  5. Add items to the collage by checking the box to the right

  6. Selected Item Tracker: As you are selecting items, the tracker at the top of the screen will display how many items will be included

  7. Click the “Next” button in the top right corner

Customize Appearance

Heading and Subheading (Optional)

  1. Add a Heading and Subheading in the designated text boxes

  2. If you don’t want a heading or subheading, delete the default text and leave the designated box(es) blank.

Aspect Ratio

3. Choose aspect ratio

a. 1:1 is ideal for Instagram posts

b. 6:9 is ideal for Stories and TikTok posts

c. 9:6 is ideal for websites and blogs

Colors, Fonts, and Layout

Click the gold “Customize Colors & Fonts” button

Logo

  1. Upload a logo (must be PNG file)

  2. Use the toggle switch to include or exclude your logo

  3. Use the toggle switch to move your logo to the top or bottom

Header and Footer

Heading customizations will appear at the top of the collage. Every collage has a footer that says “Affiliate Links” in the image. You can choose to include your Instagram handle in the footer as well.

  1. Choose a heading font

  2. Choose a subheading font

  3. Use the toggle switch to include or exclude your Instagram handle

  4. Edit the handle you want to include in the designated text box

Custom Colors

  1. Change the background color. Use the dropper, or enter a hex code. Then click “Confirm”

  2. Change the font color. Use the dropper, or enter a hex code. Then click “Confirm”

  3. Upload a background image to display behind your collage images (Must be PNG file with aspect ratio of 1:1 or 6:9)

Save

When you’re done customizing the appearance of your collage, click “Save” in the top right corner.

Generate AI Collage

  1. Click the “Create GenAI Collage” button at the bottom of the screen

  2. After just a few seconds, Markable will generate 4 collages for you to choose from (2 grid and 2 scatter)

Edit Customizations

  1. You can edit the collage customization as needed. Refer to the “Customize Appearance” section above.

  2. Click the “Regenerate” button at the bottom of the screen to generate new collage images with any changes made

Save Image

  1. Click the collage you want to save

  2. Click the “Download” button at the bottom of the screen. This will save the collage image to your photo library.

Save Collage

  1. Click the “Save” button in the top right corner

  2. Choose tracking IDs for Amazon and Walmart items

  3. Click the “Save” button

View Your Collages

  1. Click the “My Links” tab in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen

  2. Click the “Collages” button on the right side of the screen

  3. Sort by Recent or Top Clicked

  4. Click counts are displayed for collage link clicks, and product clicks

  5. Tracking IDs for each collage are displayed

Delete a collage

  1. Swipe to the left on the collage you want to delete

  2. Click the red “Delete” button when it appears

Edit a Collage

  1. Click the “My Links” tab in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen

  2. Click the “Collages” button, to the right of the storefront buttons

  3. Find the collage you want to edit, then click the Pencil icon on the right side of the screen

Regenerate Collage Image

  1. Use the “Regenerate” button to create a new collage image

  2. Follow steps from “Customize Appearance” section outlined above to make any changes

  3. Then click the “Regenerate” button at the bottom of the screen. Four new images will be generated.

  4. Click on the new image you want to save

  5. Then click the “Download” button to save to your photo gallery

  6. Click the “Save” button in the top right corner

  7. Attach tracking IDs for Amazon and Walmart

  8. Click the “Save” button

Customize Landing Page

You can further customize your collage link landing page to include additional images, such as personal photos or logos. You can also add a caption to describe your content.

Additional Content

Add an Image

  1. Click the “Edit” button

  2. Click the gray box with the camera icon

  3. Upload image(s)

  4. Click the “Save” button in the top right corner

Remove an Image

  1. Click the “Edit” button

  2. Click the “X” in the corner of the image you want to delete

  3. Click the “Save” button in the top right corner

Add a Caption

  1. Click the “Edit” button

  2. Type a caption in the text box, or

  3. Create an AI generated caption

    1. Choose language preference

    2. Choose the tone, scroll to see more options

    3. Review the caption text

    4. Click “Try Again” button to re-generate caption

    5. Click “Confirm” button when you are done

  4. Click the “Save” button

Edit Products

  1. Click the “Edit” button

  2. Add or remove products.

    1. Remove products by unchecking the box to the right

    2. Add products by checking the box to the right

      • Refer to the “Choose Your Products” section above for more details.

  3. Click the “Save” button in the top right corner

  4. Attach tracking IDs

  5. Click the “Save” button

Other Options

  1. Click “Preview” in the top right corner to view your collage landing page

  2. Copy the collage link with the “Copy” button in the top right corner

  3. Copy a single link from the collage with the “Copy” button to the right of the link

Create an AI Caption

  1. Click the “My Links” tab in the navigation bar at the bottom of the screen

  2. Find the collage you want to create a caption for, then click the “AI Caption” button

  3. Choose language preference

  4. Choose format

    1. No Link: best for Instagram and TikTok posts

    2. Has Links: Best for Facebook and YouTube posts

  5. Choose Tone: scroll to see more tone options

  6. Review the caption text

  7. Click “Try Again” button to regenerate a new caption

  8. Click “Copy” to copy the caption text

  9. Paste caption into your social media post

Share a Collage

Post a Collage

Now it’s time to bring all the pieces together!

  • Begin creating a social media post, using the saved image in your photo gallery (See “Save Image” section above)

  • Paste the AI caption previously copied (See “Create an AI Caption” section above)

  • Attach the link:

    • Some platforms will allow you to share the collage link in the caption.

    • Add a collage link to an AutoDM: Search your existing Markable links, then click the “Collages” button.

    • Add a collage to your BioLink shop: Once you’ve added your collage link to the image card in the AutoDM scheduler, you can click the “Star” icon next to the link to designate the collage as the shoppable link from your BioLink page.

Copy the Link

You can copy just the link for the collage to post anywhere links are allowed.

  1. Find the collage you want to share, then click the “Copy” button to the right of the collage

  2. Attach tracking ID(s)

  3. Click the “Copy” button”

Adding New Tracking IDs

If you want to use the same collage with different tracking IDs, follow the steps above to start copying the link, then add different IDs when prompted. This will create a “new” collage that will appear in the Collage section of the Markable app, with the new tracking IDs attached to it. The image and products will remain the same, but now they will have the updated IDs attached when the collage is engaged with.

Collage FAQs

How is engagement calculated for collages?

When you share a collage link, engagement is calculated from total clicks of the collage link itself as well as individual product clicks.

What can I feature in a collage?

Collages can include products from all three storefronts- Amazon, Target, and Walmart. You can include individual products, as well as your boards, idea lists, and collections. You also have the option of selecting individual products from within a board, idea list, or collection. Everything you choose to feature will be on the landing page, but only 9 product images will be displayed in the Collage image itself.

Can I set up my collages to look the same every time?

Yes! Save time making collages by saving your settings to generate the same every time. Changing these settings does not affect past collages.

Click the “Account” tab> Settings> Under General, click “AI collage preference”
