As a fulfillment partner, should I insure the orders we ship?

Yes, we always recommend insurance. Traditionally, but not always, most shipping options include up to $100 of coverage. To verify this, please feel free to visit each shipping company's website if you have any concerns. We recommend ordering additional insurance if the value of the item exceeds that amount. It protects you in case something gets lost or damaged. Just so you know, only our EasyPost shipping integration offers additional insurance, so if you need it, we recommend that you purchase it there when using our labels. If you need a signature or ID, we should have that option soon. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and are working on a solution to this.
