Seller Protection Policy

At TradingCardsMarketplace.com, we defend our sellers against abusive buyer behavior and fraud. This includes unjustified negative feedback, unfair returns, and policy violations. However, this protection depends on you meeting your responsibilities—such as providing valid tracking and professional service.

Key Protections

  • Anti-Abuse: Protection against buyer abuse, extortion, or misrepresented returns.

  • Feedback Removal: We will remove unjust feedback when disputes are resolved in your favor.

  • Fraud Coverage: As the Merchant of Record, TradingCardsMarketplace.com covers chargebacks related to unauthorized credit card use.

Tracking is Required

  • Orders must be shipped with valid tracking to qualify for protection.

  • Sellers who repeatedly ship without tracking may lose eligibility for protection and be held liable for lost claims.

Shipping Insurance & Claims

  • If an item is lost or damaged and you failed to provide tracking or used insufficient packaging, we may resolve the buyer’s claim and seek reimbursement from you.

Chargeback & Dispute Handling

  • We Handle It: TradingCardsMarketplace.com responds directly to payment providers on your behalf.

  • Your Role: You must provide order documentation (proof of shipping/delivery) promptly when asked.

  • The Outcome: If the bank rules against the transaction due to fraud, we cover the loss. However, chargebacks for "Item Not Received" or "Item Not as Described" may be your responsibility if you did not meet fulfillment standards.

Revocation of Protections

  • Seller protection may be revoked for operating under false identities, repeated policy violations, listing prohibited items, or abusing our protection systems.
