How to Use Seller Settings for Vacation Mode
Are you planing on taking a break? Whether you're going on vacation or just need some time off, you can easily manage your shop's availability through the "My Account" section in your seller panel.
Step 1: Setting Up Your Vacation Details
Head over to the "Shop Vacation Configuration" section, where you can enter all the necessary details about your time away. This helps inform both the admin and your buyers about your availability.
Simply click on the "Set Vacation" button and fill in the required details, including the duration of your break and how you'd like to handle your products during this time.
Step 2: Managing Your Products While You're Away
You have two options when setting up your vacation:
1. Disable All Products – If you won’t be able to fulfill orders, you can temporarily disable all your products. Once this option is selected, your entire product catalog will be hidden from buyers until you return.
2. Continue Selling with a Vacation Message – If you still want to accept orders while you're away, you can keep your products available but display a custom message on your product pages. This way, customers will know you're on vacation and may experience delays in response or shipping.
Confirming Your Vacation
Once you've set your preferences and saved the details, your vacation status will be visible to the admin, ensuring transparency on your availability.
