Scenario 1: You haven't shared yet your IBAN
If you're using the app: Go to your profile at the bottom right, tap the ⚙️ icon in the top-right corner, then select Payout settings.
If you're on a browser: Click your profile picture in the top right corner, go to Settings, and then open your Payout settings.
Scenario 2: You want to adjust your IBAN
Your previous IBAN is incorrect or outdated.
Payouts to your current account have failed.
...or you simply want to receive your money elsewhere.
For security reasons, you're not allowed to do that change yourself, so simply contact marko support via chat. Let us know which new IBAN we should enter and the account holder name. We'll do the change in the system for you so you receive new (and failed) payouts on your new bank account.
☝️ We only accept IBANs from Switzerland or Liechtenstein.
