Open the account menu in Marmalead to find Profile, Manage Shops and Plan & Billing.
Update your details
In Profile, edit your name, email or preferred currency, then choose Save changes. Use Discard to leave without saving.
Password changes use the separate Update password control. If you can't sign in, use account recovery on the sign-in page.
Find your shop or billing details
Manage Shops shows your connected Etsy shops. The connection guide can help if the wrong listings appear.
Plan & Billing shows your plan and billing history. Read the price and renewal terms before confirming a change. Contact support if the option you need is missing or a charge is unclear.
Send us a message
Open Help → Contact Us.
Write in Your message.
Check the reply address. If it's wrong, update it in Account Settings first.
Choose Email Us. Cancel closes the form without sending.
Tell us which page you were using, what happened and what you expected. Include the exact error text if there is one.
Keep passwords, verification codes and full card numbers out of your message. If we later ask for a screenshot, crop out unrelated customer or account details.
