Once we’ve processed your refund, it typically takes 3 to 5 working days for the funds to return to your account.

Why Does It Take a Few Days?
Although we action refunds immediately on our side, the final leg of the journey is handled by your bank or card issuer, which can take a few extra days to complete.
Where Is the Refund Sent?
Refunds are always sent back to the original payment method used to make the purchase — whether that’s your debit or credit card.
We’re unable to refund to a different card or bank account.
Still Haven’t Received It After 5 Working Days?
If it’s been more than five working days and you still can’t spot the refund, first double-check your bank activity - sometimes it arrives without a notification.
