The cost of your trial box and your Marro plan depends on a few things, like how much food your cat needs (which we work out based on their weight, whether they’re neutered, and their unique lifestyle and personality) and how often you’d like your deliveries to arrive.
Because every cat is their own fabulous individual, there’s no one-size-fits-all price. The best way to get a clear idea of the cost is to take our quick survey about your cat. From there, we’ll craft a plan that we believe is right for them and show you exactly what your trial box will cost before you place an order.
Cost after your Trial Box
Once your cat has received their much-awaited trial box and made themselves at home in their Marro Mansion, you’ll be able to see the cost of your next box and your monthly subscription in your Marro account. You’ll also spot any discounts waiting for you on your second box, all laid out so there are no surprises.
Here’s how to check:
Log in to your Marro account
Scroll down to Box Total. This will show both the full price and the price you’ll pay with any discounts applied
Click the little arrow to expand the pricing breakdown, where you’ll see:
Order Summary
Subtotal (your full subscription price)
Discount total
Delivery charge (note: this won’t be applied to your first two boxes)
Discounts
If you have a discount waiting for one of your future boxes, it will show in your Marro account as soon as that box becomes your upcoming order. For example, if there’s a discount on your third box, it’ll pop up in your account once you’ve received your second box, ready for you to check before your next delivery goes out. You’ll spot this in your Order Summary, highlighted in yellow.
