HOW DO I TRACK MY DELIVERIES

Learn how to follow your order with DPD or Yodel, plus tips for safe delivery if you’re not home.

We know cats (and their humans) don’t like waiting around for dinner. So here’s how to keep tabs on your Marro delivery.

Once your order’s on its way, we’ll send you an email with tracking details so you can follow your box’s journey from our kitchen to your doorstep. Depending on where you live, your Marro box will be delivered by either DPD or Yodel, and both couriers make it easy to stay in the loop.

If your order’s coming with DPD, you’ll need your reference number, which is usually a 10-16-digit code found in your email or SMS from DPD. Head over to the DPD website or open the DPD app, pop your reference number into the tracking section, and you’ll see the current status of your parcel, including its estimated delivery time and location. The app is also handy if you’d like to manage and track deliveries in real time. You can request to deliver to a neighbour, delay the delivery day, or request a safe place.

If Yodel is handling your Saturday delivery, you’ll also find your tracking number in your email or SMS. You can track your parcel on the Yodel website or download the Yodel Parcel Tracker app. Enter your tracking number and your delivery postcode, and you’ll get updates on your parcel, including a handy two-hour delivery window for every Yodel delivery.

Requesting A Delivery Time

We know it would be ideal to have your delivery arrive at the exact time that suits you and your cat’s schedule. However, we’re unable to guarantee specific delivery times, as DPD and Yodel's couriers have different routes each day, and timing can vary. The good news is that your Marro delivery is packaged to stay chilled for up to 50 hours. If you won’t be home, it’s best to request delivery to a safe place or a trusted neighbour so your cat’s meals stay Fresh until you’re back.
