TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your Marro box is on its way, you’ll receive an email with tracking details. Depending on your delivery day:
- DPD (Monday–Friday & Sunday deliveries): - Find your reference number (10–16 digits) in your DPD email or SMS. 
- Visit the DPD website or open the DPD app. 
- Enter your reference number to see your parcel’s current status, estimated delivery time, and location. 
- The app allows you to: - Deliver to a neighbour 
- Delay the delivery day 
- Request a safe place for the parcel 
 
 
- Yodel (Saturday deliveries): - Your tracking number is in your email or SMS. 
- Track your parcel on the Yodel website or via the Yodel Parcel Tracker app. 
- Enter your tracking number and delivery postcode to get updates, including a two-hour delivery window. 
 
REQUESTING A DELIVERY TIME
- Exact times cannot be guaranteed due to courier routes, but your box is insulated to stay fresh for up to 50 hours. 
- If you won’t be home, request delivery to a safe place or trusted neighbour.
