Keeping your Marro account details up to date ensures you never miss essential updates about your next box. Updating your purr-sonal information is quick and easy. Here’s how:
1. Log into your Marro account
Start by logging in via the login portal
2. Head to 'Account Settings'
Once logged in, scroll to the bottom of your dashboard and select Account Settings.
3. Click on ‘Account Details’
This is where you can see your current saved personal information. Click Edit to make changes.
4. Update your details
Here, you can change:
-First name
-Last name
-Email address
-Phone number
Once you’ve entered your updated information, make sure you hit Save Changes.
⚠️ Important to note: If you change your email address, you’ll be automatically logged out for security reasons. You’ll need to log back in using your new email address to continue.
Please note: all changes to your subscription need to be made before the cut-off time of your next box, so please contact us ahead of this. The cut-off is always at 11pm 2 days before your box is due to be delivered. For example, if your delivery is due on Wednesday, you'll need to make any edits by 11pm on the Monday prior. Don't worry, we'll send you a delivery reminder via email to help you remember.
