HOW TO UPDATE YOUR DETAILS
1. Log in to Your Marro Account
Start by logging into your account through the Marro login portal.
2. Go to ‘Account Settings’
Once logged in, scroll to the bottom of your dashboard and select Account Settings.
3. Click on ‘Account Details’
Here you’ll find your current saved personal information. Select Edit to make any changes.
4. Update Your Information
You can update the following details:
First name
Last name
Email address
Phone number
Once you’ve entered your updated information, click Save Changes to confirm.
IMPORTANT CUT-OFF REMINDER
All subscription updates - including changes to your contact details - must be made before your next box cut-off time.
The cut-off is 11pm, two days before your delivery date.
Example: if your delivery is due on Wednesday, edits must be made by 11pm on Monday.
You’ll receive an email reminder before each delivery to help you stay on track.

Check your spam or junk folder and use the “resend” option if needed.Mistyped your email at signup or checkout?
