If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it via the login portal - just click “Forgot your password?” and follow the steps.
If you already know your current password, follow these steps to update it:
How to Change Your Password
Log in to your Marro account
Access our login portal and sign in using your current password.
Go to ‘Account Settings’
You’ll find this option at the bottom of your dashboard after logging in.
Select ‘Your Password’
Click Edit to open your password management options.
Update your password
Enter your current password to verify.
Type your new password, then type it again to confirm.
Your new password must:
Be at least 8 characters long
Include one uppercase letter
Include one lowercase letter
Contain at least one number
Once saved, your account will be protected immediately with your shiny new password.
