How to update your password in your Marro account

If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it via the login portal - just click “Forgot your password?” and follow the steps.

If you already know your current password, follow these steps to update it:


How to Change Your Password

  1. Log in to your Marro account

    • Access our login portal and sign in using your current password.

  2. Go to ‘Account Settings’

    • You’ll find this option at the bottom of your dashboard after logging in.

  3. Select ‘Your Password’

    • Click Edit to open your password management options.

  4. Update your password

    • Enter your current password to verify.

    • Type your new password, then type it again to confirm.

Your new password must:

  • Be at least 8 characters long

  • Include one uppercase letter

  • Include one lowercase letter

  • Contain at least one number

Once saved, your account will be protected immediately with your shiny new password.
