How to log in to your Marro account
To log in to Marro, just head to our login page.
Enter the email address you used to sign up.
Click “Email me a login link.”
Then, pop over to your inbox and click the “Log in to Marro” button in the email. this will take you straight into your Marro account.
Please note: Your magic link will expire after 15 minutes. If it times out, no problem you can simply request a new one.
If you didn’t request a login link and you’ve received one, please get in touch with our Customer Love team and we’ll look into it for you.
Not receiving your magic link?
We’re sorry you’re having trouble accessing your Marro account, technology can be a bit dramatic sometimes.
If your magic link hasn’t arrived:
Check your spam/junk folder – our emails like to hide there occasionally.
Add us to your safe senders / whitelist, so you don’t miss anything from us in future.
