How to add extra cats to your subscription

We’re pleased to welcome another feline to the feast - the more, the merrier!

Right now the only way to add another cat to your account is to reach out to our Customer Love Team via phone or email and we will be happy to help you. Our contact details are:

Lines are open 10am-5pm Monday to Friday (except bank holidays)

We'll need to know the following details:

  • Age

  • Body Shape

  • Activity Level

  • Any health issues or allergies they might have

  • Neutered status

Once your new feline friend is added to your plan, we’ll make sure their meals are tailored to meet their specific needs, and their pouches are added to your ongoing boxes.
