How to add extra cats to your plan

We’re pleased to welcome another feline to the feast! Maude, our gracious hostess with the mostess, always says the more, the merrier!

Right now you’ll have to give our Customer Love Team a call or email for this and we will be happy to help you. Our contact details are:

Lines are open 10am-5pm Monday to Friday (except bank holidays)

We'll need to know the following details:

  • Age

  • Body Shape

  • Activity Level

  • Any health issues or allergies they might have

  • Neutered status

After we have that information, we'll whisker up a personalised calorie recommendation for our new dinner guest and voilà! Your cat will be all set to join the dinner party.

There's no limit to the number of cats you can invite to the dinner party, but we can only fit so much food in a box. If your cats' appetites exceed this, we might need to adjust your delivery dates to receive food more often – or even open another account.*
