How to Add a New Cat

Right now, the only way to add another cat to your account is to get in touch with our Customer Love Team. We’ll take care of everything for you.


What We’ll Need to Know

To tailor your new cat’s meals perfectly, we’ll ask for a few quick details:

  • Age

  • Sex

  • Body shape

  • Breed

  • Activity level

  • Any health issues or allergies

  • Neutered status

Once we have this info, we’ll make sure their meals are personalised to meet their unique needs - and we’ll add their pouches straight into your ongoing deliveries.
