How to update the address your boxes are delivered to

If you need to update your delivery address, we're here to help. Right now you’ll need to contact our Customer Love Team who will be able to make this change for you. Our contact details are:

Lines are open 10am-5pm Monday to Friday (except bank holidays)

Just let us know the new address, and any specific delivery instructions you'd like us to add to your account.

We’re working on adding this functionality to your account soon. We’ll let you know when and how this works when it’s ready.

Please note: all changes to your subscription need to be made before the cut-off time of your next box, so please contact us ahead of this. The cut-off is always at 11pm 2 days before your box is due to be delivered. For example, if your delivery is due on Wednesday, you'll need to make any edits by 11pm on the Monday prior. Don't worry, we'll send you a delivery reminder via email to help you remember!
