How to change your account password if you have forgotten

Even the most organised cat parent can forget a password. If you’re having trouble logging into your Marro account, follow these steps to reset it.


HOW TO RESET YOUR PASSWORD

  1. Go to the Marro login page.

  2. Click Forgot your password?

  3. Enter your email address and submit.

  4. Check your inbox for a password reset email.

    • It may take a few minutes to arrive.

    • If it doesn’t appear, check your spam/junk folder.


NOT RECEIVING OUR EMAILS?

Sometimes emails like to play hide-and-seek. Try the following:

  • Check your Spam or Junk Folder: Look for emails from Marro and mark them as “Not Spam.”

  • Add Marro to Your Safe Sender List: Each email provider (Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo) has different steps—see their Help Centre.

  • Review Your Email Filters: Ensure nothing is automatically deleting or archiving our emails.

  • Check your email address: Make sure the email linked to your Marro account is correct. Mistyped addresses may prevent you from receiving reset links.

If none of the above work, your email may have been auto-unsubscribed due to a bounce. Contact us and we’ll help re-subscribe you.
