How to Reset Your Password
Go to the Marro login page.
Click once Forgot your password?
Enter your email address and submit.
We’ll send you an email with instructions to reset your password.
It may take a few minutes to arrive. If not, don’t forget to check spam/junk as it can end up in there!
Not Receiving Our Emails?
Sometimes our emails like to play hide-and-seek. If you’re missing one:
1. Check Your Spam or Junk Folder
Look for anything from Marro and mark it as "Not Spam."
2. Add Marro to Your Safe Sender List
Email platforms like Gmail, Outlook, and Yahoo all have different ways to do this — their Help Centres can guide you.
3. Review Your Email Filters
Make sure nothing’s automatically deleting or archiving our emails.
Still no luck? It’s possible your address was auto-unsubscribed due to a bounce. Just let us know what you’ve tried, and we’ll dig into it. If needed, we’ll happily re-subscribe you to get things purring again.
