HOW DOES THE SUBSCRIPTION WORK?

A simple guide to Marro for you and your cat

Updated today

Marro is designed to make fresh, nutritious cat food simple, flexible, and tailored to your cat’s needs. No fuss, just real food delivered straight to your door.

Sign up for 50% off your first two boxes and let your cat experience Fresh meals they’ll love.

1. BUILD A BOX

  • Share your cat’s details: age, weight, activity level, and body shape.

  • We recommend a personalised portion based on their needs.

  • Choose the recipes your cat wants to try.

  • Arrange and pay for your first box (trial box).

  • After your trial box, this will automatically roll into your subscription service, but you can cancel any time if you wish to do so.

2. DELIVERY DAY

  • DPD will send an email and text by 11am on delivery day with a 1-hour delivery window.

  • Boxes can be left in a safe place or with a neighbour if you’re not home.

  • Each box keeps meals insulated for up to 50 hours, so no rush to unpack.

3. CUSTOMISE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION

After your first box, you can tailor your subscription:

  • Delivery frequency: choose how many weeks’ worth of food per box.

  • Change delivery date: pick your preferred day of the week.

  • Change recipes: select your cat’s favourites or mix it up.

  • Skip or push a box: delay a delivery if needed.

Once customised, your Fresh meals arrive automatically according to your schedule.

4. EASY PAYMENTS

  • Payments are processed automatically the day before your box arrives.

  • Update your payment method anytime via Customer Love.

5. FLEXIBLE AND COMMITMENT-FREE

  • Change your plan, skip deliveries, or cancel at any time.

  • No long-term commitments - you’re always in control.
