At Marro, we’re all about making Fresh, healthy, tasty cat food accessible and convenient for you and your cat. Our subscription is designed to be simple, flexible, and tailored to your cat's needs. Here’s everything you need to know about how it works:
1. BUILD A BOX
First, you'll share all your cat's details with us, and we'll use that information to recommend their personalised portion. Whether you're feeding a kitten or a full-grown cat, an outdoor adventurer or a lazy lounger, we’ve got the options to match them. Then you'll pick a selection of recipes for you cat to try, and finally, you'll arrange and pay for your first box (we often refer to this as your trial box).
2. DELIVERY DAY
On your scheduled delivery day, DPD will email and text you by 11am to let you know your 1-hour delivery time slot. Don't worry if you're not going to be home, DPD will always leave your box, and using the options on the email/text you can arrange for it to be left in a safe place, or a chosen neighbour. Our boxes are designed to keep the meals insulated for up to 50 hours, so there's no need to rush home.
3. CUSTOMISE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION
Once you've received your first box you'll have a better idea of how many pouches you can fit in your freezer, which recipes your cat likes best, and which day of the week you prefer your delivery to land on. So, now you can go ahead and set up your subscription so it works best for you and your cat:
Delivery frequency: choose how often many weeks worth of food you'd like to receive at a time
Change your upcoming delivery date: if you move your box to a Tuesday, they'll always arrive on a Tuesday, so if you have a preferred day you can easily select this
Change your recipe selection: pick and chose the recipes your cat likes best, or mix them up from box to box
Skip or push your box: if you're not ready for your next box, no problem, rearrange it at the click of a button
Once you’ve customised your subscription, we’ll take care of the rest. Your Fresh, high-quality food will be delivered right to your door on the schedule you’ve chosen. You won’t need to worry about running out of food or making another trip to the pet shop!
4. EASY PAYMENTS
Our subscription is super straightforward when it comes to paying for your boxes. You’ll only pay for the food you’re ordering, and payments are processed automatically the day before your box arrives. You can update your payment method at any time, just contact Customer Love to do this. You can read more about how our payments work here.
5. NEVER TIED IN
We believe in giving you the flexibility to manage your subscription however it works best for you and your cat. You can change your plan, skip deliveries, or cancel your subscription at any time. There are no long-term commitments, so you have complete control over your deliveries.
