HOW DO DELIVERIES WORK?

Marro deliveries are designed to be easy, flexible, and convenient. Here’s everything you need to know:


DELIVERY DAYS & FEES

  • Deliveries run Monday through Sunday. (Yodel on Saturdays, DPD for all other days)

  • Delivery fee: £3.99 per box.


SCHEDULED DELIVERIES

  • After your trial box, you’ll receive a box of fresh meals every 4 weeks.

  • Check your account anytime to see the next scheduled delivery.

  • You can change your delivery date in your account before the cut-off.

  • Tip for reducing delivery fees:

    • Larger plans reduce delivery frequency while keeping meal portions consistent, for example:

      • 21 x 180g duo pouches delivered every 42 days

      • 28 x 180g duo pouches delivered every 56 days


ON DELIVERY DAY

  • DPD or Yodel will send a notification with a 1-hour time slot by 11am so you know when your box is on the van.

  • Not home? No worries!

    • A signature is not required.

    • Boxes will be left in a safe place.

    • Insulated boxes keep pouches fresh for up to 50 hours.


DELIVERY CHANGES

  • Any changes to your delivery must be made before 11pm, two days prior to your box being due.

  • Don’t worry- we’ll send a reminder email before the cut-off.
