To pay for your Marro box, make sure you have your credit or debit card at hand, and it'll be in your cat's claws before you know it.
Secure Billing System:
For a sprinkle of assurance: all your payment details are safely stored in the capable hands of our third-party billing system, Stripe. We prioritise your security by only having access to the last 4 digits of your card, for that extra peace of mind. Learn more about Stripe's security measures here.
Recurring Payment:
Please note that this is a recurring payment, not a direct debit.
Payment Schedule:
Your payment will be automatically processed a day before your box is scheduled for delivery.
For instance, if your box is set for delivery on a Friday, changes must be made by 11 pm on Wednesday. The payment will then be charged just after midnight (00:01 am Thursday). Any changes to your delivery date will affect your payment date accordingly.
Selecting Payment Date:
Your payment date aligns with your delivery date. So, if you adjust your delivery date, your payment date will shift accordingly. We only charge your card a day before we deliver your box.
Failed Payments:
If, for any reason, there’s a payment hiccup, we’ll automatically suspend your account, but only to pause further orders until things are sorted out. Don’t worry, we’ll send you an email to notify you.
Our system will continue attempting to process the charge until it's successful. If a later attempt succeeds, your account will be automatically reinstated. Otherwise, you'll need to update your payment details through your account to resume deliveries.
Changing Payment Details:
So, we understand that you might need to change your payment details for various reasons. We’re on the case! Right now you will need to speak to our Customer Love team to make any changes. Just give them a call and they will talk through the details with you.
