Once you've inputted all your cats details and we've recommended a plan, it's time to checkout. At this point, you can choose whether to pay with a credit or debit card, or Google Pay.
Your first box will be charged at the time of checkout. All future boxes will be charged automatically a day before your box is scheduled for delivery. If you choose to move your upcoming delivery date before the cutoff time (11pm two days before delivery), your payment will move alongside the delivery date scheduled. Please note that this is a recurring payment, not a direct debit.
If, for any reason, there’s a payment hiccup, our system will continue attempting to process the charge a further 3 times. If a later attempt succeeds, your account will be automatically reinstated. Otherwise, you'll need to update your payment details through your account to resume deliveries. Your account will remain suspended until you've actioned this.
CHANGING PAYMENT METHODS
We understand that you might need to change your payment details for various reasons. This can be easily done inside your Marro account. To update your payment details:
Log in to your Marro account.
Click account settings
Find payment method and click edit.
Click add a payment method.
Input your new credit/debit card details or choose to pay via Google Pay and click "save".
The newly added payment method will now be set as the default payment method for your future orders.
If you want to change between payment methods, simply select the one you want to use in the payment method section.
We know that handing over your card details can cause a little worry sometimes, but all of your information is safe with us. Your payment details are safely stored in the secure hands of our third-party billing system, Stripe. Stripe anonymises your data so that your card details cannot be accessed by us in any other way besides to charge you for your order. Learn more about Stripe's security measures here.
