At Marro, we aim to please even the choosiest of cats, right down to our deliveries.

We use DPD as our courier and on the day of delivery, they will send you a text to let you know that your kitty's cuisine is en route. This message includes a one-hour window during which you can expect the delivery. It’s like your cat sending you a reminder: “Don’t forget, my feast is on the way!”

No more waiting around all day, so if you’re out pampering your cat with a new toy or prowling around town, you can reschedule your delivery. With just a few clicks the food can be rerouted to fit your schedule.

With DPD, you can track your delivery in real-time. Watch as your cat’s gourmet meal gets closer and closer, adding a little anticipation to their day. If your delivery is late, contact DPD directly using the information provided in your notification message.

If you’re whisking your cat away on a spontaneous staycation or simply need to change the drop-off spot, log in to DPD's website to adjust the delivery address, ensuring your feline’s feast is always within reach. If your delivery arrives in less than whisker-licking good condition, please contact us and we’ll work swiftly to make it right, so your kitty can dine in style without delay. We're here to ensure your cat’s dining experience is nothing short of exquisite. Bon appétit, feline foodies!
