At Marro, we partner with DPD to ensure your cat's food arrives reliably and on time.
WHAT TO EXPECT ON DELIVERY DAY
On the day your order is due to arrive, DPD will send you a text message with a one-hour delivery window. This allows you to plan your day without needing to wait at home all day. Our boxes are designed to keep the contents chilled for up to 50 hours, so no need to rush home either.
MANAGING YOUR DELIVERY
If you're not available during the scheduled delivery window, you can easily update your delivery preferences. DPD offers several convenient options:
Deliver to a designated safe place
Select a neighbour to deliver to
Reschedule your delivery to the next day (please note, boxes aren't kept in cold storage at the DPD hub, but our boxes are designed to keep the contents chilled)
You can manage these options either through the DPD website or via the DPD app.
HOW TO CHOOSE A SAFE PLACE (USING DPD APP)
To choose a safe place for your delivery in the DPD app:
Download the DPD app from the App Store or Google Play.
Register or log in using the phone number linked to your delivery.
Go to the ‘My Deliveries’ section and select your upcoming delivery.
Tap ‘Change delivery’.
Select ‘Leave in a safe place’ and provide clear instructions (e.g., “behind the bin”, “shed”, or “with neighbour at no. 12”).
Make sure the location is secure, dry, and easy for the driver to access. This helps avoid missed deliveries or damage.
TRACKING AND SUPPORT
You can track your delivery in real time via the DPD app or the link in your text message. If your delivery is delayed, let us know and we'll do everything we can to help.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT DELIVERIES
If your delivery arrives damaged or something isn’t right, contact us as soon as possible. We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue and get things back on track.
DELIVERY FEE
Please note that there is a £3.99 fee per delivery from your third box onwards - the first 2 are on us!
