At Marro, we partner with DPD (Mon–Fri) and Yodel (Sat) to make sure your cat’s food arrives reliably and on time.
What to Expect on Delivery Day
On delivery day, you’ll get a text with a one-hour window from DPD or Yodel.
No need to wait in all day - and no need to panic if you’re out. Our boxes keep food chilled for up to 50 hours.
Managing Your Delivery
With DPD
If you’re not home, you can:
Deliver to a safe place
Leave with a neighbour
Reschedule for the next day (note: boxes aren’t stored in cold hubs, but stay chilled in transit)
Manage it all via the DPD app or website.
How to set a safe place in the DPD app:
Download the DPD app (App Store or Google Play).
Register/log in with the phone number linked to your delivery.
Go to My Deliveries → Change Delivery.
Select Leave in a safe place and add clear instructions (e.g. “shed,” “with no. 12,” “behind bin”).
With Yodel (Saturdays)
Track and manage your order on the Yodel website or with the Yodel by inPost Parcel Tracker app.
How to set a safe place in the Yodel app:
Download the app (App Store or Google Play).
Register/log in with your delivery details.
Add instructions in Additional Notes (access codes, preferred safe place, neighbour details).
You can also set general preferences for future deliveries.
Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries
If something’s wrong with your delivery, let us know right away by contacting our Customer Support team. We’ll endeavour to fix it quickly and get things back on track.

Delivery Fee
Your first two boxes are delivered free.
From your third box onwards, there’s a £3.99 delivery fee per order.
