How to Update Your Delivery Date
You can update your cat’s upcoming Marro box delivery date easily online by following the steps below.
STEP-BY-STEP GUIDE
Log in to your Marro account
Access your account via Marro login.Locate ‘Your Cat’s Next Box’
On your dashboard, find the section titled Your Cat’s Next Box. Your upcoming delivery date will be displayed here.Click ‘EDIT’
To the right of the delivery date, click the small EDIT button.Edit Delivery Date
A pop-up titled Edit Delivery Date will appear. You can:Push boxes by a week
Skip a box
Pick a specific delivery date
Selecting a Specific Date
Click Pick a specific delivery date to open the calendar.
Available dates will appear in bold. You can choose a date up to 3 months in advance.
Click Done to confirm.
Confirm Change
You’ll return to your account dashboard where the new delivery date will be reflected.
TROUBLESHOOTING
If you cannot see the EDIT button, this may be caused by:
Trial Box Restrictions
Delivery dates for trial boxes cannot be changed after checkout. Future deliveries can be updated once your trial box has been delivered.Cut-Off Passed
Changes must be made before 11pm, two days prior to your scheduled delivery. After this, the box is locked for processing.Delivery Arriving Today
If a delivery is arriving today, it may take up to a day for the system to update. The EDIT button should appear the following day.
