CHANGING YOUR UPCOMING DELIVERY DATE

There you'll see an area titled 'your cat's next box'. In this box, you'll see your upcoming delivery date. To the right of the date is a pencil icon. Click on the pencil.

You'll then be taken to a calendar page. Select the new delivery date you would like (all available delivery dates are in bold) - you can pick a date up to 3 months in the future.

Click 'done' to confirm. You'll be returned your account dashboard where you'll see the new delivery date reflected.

If you cannot see the pencil icon this may be caused by one of the following:

The box you wish to change is your trial box:

  • It is not possible to change the delivery date of a trial box in your account as these boxes are not editable after checkout.

The cut-off for changes has passed:

  • After 11pm 2 days before your delivery, you can no longer make any changes to your upcoming delivery. We will email you a reminder before the cut-off so you have time to make any changes you need in your account.

Please note, we are unable to cancel or make any changes to a box after cut-off ( 11pm 2 days before your delivery).
