We understand that you might need to change the delivery date of your cat's upcoming Marro box. This can simply be done inside your Marro account.
To change your delivery date for your cat's upcoming Marro box:
Log in to your Marro account
Once logged in, you’ll see a section titled ‘Your Cat’s Next Box’ on your account dashboard. Here, you’ll find your upcoming delivery date.
To the right of your delivery date, you’ll see a small 'EDIT' button. Click this to edit the date.
A pop-up section titled ‘Edit Delivery Date’ will then appear. From here, you can either choose to ‘Push boxes by a week’, 'Skip a box' or ‘Pick a specific delivery date’ from the calendar.
If you would like to select a specific date, click 'Pick a specific delivery date'.
You'll then be taken to a calendar page.
Select the new delivery date (all our available delivery dates will be shown in bold). You can pick a date up to 3 months in the future.
Click 'done' to confirm.
You'll be returned your account dashboard where you'll see the new delivery date reflected.
If you cannot see the 'EDIT' button this may be caused by one of the following:
You’re changing a trial box
It is not possible to change the delivery date of your trial box in your account, as they are not editable after checkout. If you'd like to make changes to your future deliveries, you can do so once your trial box has been delivered.The cut-off for any changes has passed
Changes must be made before 11pm, two days before your scheduled delivery date. After this time, your box is locked in for processing and we’re unable to make any changes.
Just a heads up, we’ll always email you a reminder before the cut-off date, so you’ll have time to make any changes you need in your Marro account.
