How to update your delivery date

You can update your cat’s upcoming Marro box delivery date easily online by following the steps below. With your Marro account, you can also pause and resume your subscription or skip a box when you don’t need a delivery. These options provide flexibility and help tailor your deliveries to your specific needs.

Step-by-step guide

  1. On your dashboard, find the section titled Your Cat’s Next Box. Your upcoming delivery date will be displayed here

  2. To the right of the delivery date, click EDIT

  3. A pop-up titled Edit Delivery Date will appear. You can:

    • Push boxes by a week

    • Skip a box

    • Pick a specific delivery date

  4. Selecting a specific date:

    • Click Pick a specific delivery date to open the calendar

    • Available dates will appear in bold. You can choose a date up to 3 months in advance

    • Click Done to confirm

  5. You’ll return to your account dashboard where the new delivery date will be reflected

Can't see the edit button?

If you can't see the EDIT button, this may be caused by:

  • Trial box restrictions Delivery dates for trial boxes can't be changed after checkout. Future deliveries can be updated once your trial box has been delivered

  • Cut-off passed Changes must be made before 11pm, two days before your scheduled delivery. After this, the box is locked and any changes will apply to boxes following this one.

  • Delivery arriving today If a delivery is arriving today, it may take up to a day for the system to update. The EDIT button will appear again tomorrow. Additionally, Marro does not currently support viewing a detailed multi-box subscription schedule. Users can only see the upcoming delivery date and need to make manual adjustments for further planning.


Additional information

  • If you prefer a specific courier, you can choose a delivery day to ensure this:

    • DPD: Monday–Friday & Sundays

    • Yodel: Saturdays

  • Delivery reminders:
    You’ll receive an email reminder from us before the cut-off time so you can make any necessary changes in time. Once the cut-off time has passed, you'll receive an email notification from the courier to let you know your box is on the way.
