Renewal Payment Methods

1. Annual (One-Off) Payment

  • Marshmallow will charge the card on file one day before your renewal date.

  • If the payment fails, you’ll receive an invoice via email.

    • This must be settled before your renewal date to keep your coverage.

    • You can pay with a different card if needed.

2. Monthly Instalments

  • Your first renewal payment will be collected on the renewal date or within 14 days after.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation, and your updated policy documents will be in the Marshmallow app.

Failed Renewal Payments
