When we can’t offer MultiCar

Learn why we may not be able to offer you MultiCar and what you can do.

There are times when we can’t offer a MultiCar policy, including:

  • Vehicle is a van or insured on a Plus plan

  • Customer is in the renewal window

  • Protected NCD is active

  • There are open claims or cancellations

  • Payment history shows arrears

Even if you receive an email about MultiCar, eligibility is reviewed in real time when you go to get a quote in the app.
