Documents Provided
MultiCar Endorsement: A summary of how your account is structured and what responsibilities the Account Holder has
Individual Policy Schedules: Each car has its own policy document, detailing cover, drivers, and terms
Certificate of Motor Insurance: Provided for each vehicle
No Claims Discount (NCD) Certificate: Issued 14 days before renewal for eligible policies
How to Access
Account Holder: Access all documents for the full account in the Marshmallow app or web account
Policyholders: Can view their own documents via their Marshmallow online account only
We’ll also send a confirmation email with links to your key documents when you buy or renew.
