Each policy in a MultiCar group operates independently for claims. This means:
A claim affects only the specific policy involved
Other policies in the group are not impacted (no price increase, NCD loss, etc.)
Each policyholder is responsible for their own claims and excess payments
Making a Claim
Policyholders can report claims directly online or via live chat
The Account Holder can view the status of all claims from the app
Claim Impact
The policy with the claim may lose some or all of its NCD
Renewal pricing will reflect the claim, but only for the impacted policy
Other group members’ pricing will remain unaffected
